Jubilee Synagogue (Prague)

Tucked away in Jerusalem street you will find the youngest and largest Synagogue in Prague, build in 1905-1906 in Art Nouvean and pseudo moorish styles as a compensation for all the synagogues demolished in the Jewish Quarter.

The synagogue contains 850 seats, the side upper balcony is designed for women who also have their own entrance.

The front of the synagogue has a beautiful large arch a rose-window with the Jewish star inside. . The design of the synagogue attracts attention in the row of houses in that street.
